Remember when we told you that Verizon was going give the HTC Thunderbolt Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich? Well, that day is finally here. The first ever 4G LTE smartphone is now getting its serving of ICS. Big Red is pushing out the update as we speak. The update weighs-in around 400MB, and it will bring Sense 3.6 along with all the other ICS goodies we’ve learned to expect.

The new update is available now for download, so go snatch it up! Head to Settings > About phone > Software update to see if your update is ready.

Man, god-bless whoever still has this phone.
