Auralux RTS game now available for iOS

It might have ten a while, but Auralux is finally available for iOS, which has been a favorite for my Nexus 7 for some time now. Originally made for Windows PCs, Auralux has pushed into the mobile world and was just released last week for iOS after remaining a NVIDIA Tegra exclusive for Android devices.

Auralux is an abstract, essentialized, and simplified real-time strategy game.

You command only one type of unit and have only one type of order to give those units. You and your opponents start the game with precisely equal resources. Quick reflexes will get you nowhere. The only path to victory is through clever strategy.

Auralux sits free in the Apple App Store but you can extend the gameplay longer with a few in-app purchases. The game moves rather slow, so my first in-app purchase recommendation would be Speed Mode, which makes the game much more fun in my opinion. There are also level packs that will keep you playing  a long time.

Not only is Auralux fun, but it’s rather relaxing as well. Grab your iPhone or iPad and tell us what you think!
