Huawei is sending out press invites for an event taking place on June 18. During the forthcoming “Beauty” event, the Chinese company will unveil a product that has something to do with “glamour” and “inspiration.” And while we can’t be certain what kind of mobile device Huawei will unveil, we want to believe that will be the recently leaked Ascend P6-U06 which comes in an aluminum body a la HTC One. It’s also a super-slim device with a 4.7-inch screen that make it more pocketable than many other high-end smartphones hitting the market these days.
We love how some manufacturers are dumping plastic for more durable materials and can’t wait to see what Huawei has in store for mid-June. If earlier rumors were correct, HTC, Samsung and Sony will get serious competition. We’re just hoping we won’t have to wait for too long before the company’s new flagship device actually starts selling… cause Huawei is infamous for delayed product launches…
