A new LG device with a Snapdragon 800 processor has shown up in an AnTuTu benchmark today, although we’re still scratching our heads as to what the device could be. The benchmark shows a device with a model number of LG-F320, which some are saying could be the rumored LG Optimus G2.
The LG Optimus G2 is rumored to have a release date of sometime in Q3, and has been confirmed to tout a Snapdragon 800 processor. The benchmark, which shows a processor running at 2.3GHz (the assumed speed of the Snapdragon 800) makes us assume the device is LG’s next flagship smartphone, the LG G2.
We will be hearing more about the LG Optimus G2 soon, possibly at LG’s press event in New York on August 7th.
