The FreedomSpot 5580 provides an average download speed of 6 to 8 mbps, with speeds reaching maxing out at 25 mpbs. The device will allow for up to 10 devices to be connected at a time, and has a battery life of 10 hours. The FreedomSpot 5580 touts a price tag of $149, and comes with 500 MB of free data per month. Additional data plans can be purchases, which range from $3.99 per month for 500MB of data, and top out at $89.99 for 10GB of 4G data.
FreedomPop is also slated to release more devices that utilize Sprint’s network later this year.
