Thanks to various certification bodies, we get to learn about some upcoming devices before they are officially announced. This time we’re thanking the Bluetooth SIG for discovery of the Huawei MediaPad S10.
Unfortunately though, the tablet’s listing at the SIG’s website is everything but revealing. From its name, we conclude this will be a 10-inch device, but other than that we’re clueless what it will be all about. We do know the MediaPad S10 will have an 8.8mm-thin body while the rest of its specs are unknown.
If I had to guess, Huawei’s baby will rock a full HD screen, Wi-Fi and optional cellular connectivity (3G/4G), dual cameras, some kind of quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. The Chinese company likes to use its own chips and perhaps it will continue to do so in the MediaPad S10. We also hope there will be some sort of keyboard dock included but that part is everything but confirmed. So we’ll have to follow this story and get back to you as soon as we have something new to add. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
