If you’ve had your eye on the LG G Flex, then today is the day you can secure your very own. From Sprint, at least. Starting today, pre-orders for the device are officially live, and you can grab the curved phablet for $299.99 on a new two-year contract. Expected to land on both AT&T and T-Mobile in the future, Sprint’s offering is the first out of the gate.
The LG G Flex offers up a massive 6 inch HD OLED display, 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB RAM, 13 megapixel, Rear Key, and more, making it a huge but solid device across the board. We walked away pretty impressed with the G Flex in our official review, though you’ll need to want a phablet to be able to handle this beast of a device. A 6 inch display isn’t something that easily adaptable, even coming from a smartphone with a 5 inch display. Nonetheless, the curved and flexible display is really what the G Flex is all about.
If you’re not looking to cough up $300 for a new phone right now, Sprint will allow you to use their Easy Pay service. This will bring the up front cost of the G Flex down to $150, with 24 monthly payments of $20 added to your bill.
