Here’s how HTC Sense UI 6.0 will look like

HTC Sense UI 6.0

Alongside the upcoming successor to the HTC One, which we know under the codename M8, the Taiwanese company will also launch a new version of its Sense UI. Thanks to the ever-savvy EVleaks, we have the first screenshot of HTC’s next Android launcher.

As you can see for yourself, Sense UI 6.0 sports a flatter interface that’s in line with Google’s KitKat design guidelines. Moreover, it supports on-screen buttons which we’ve heard will come included with the M8.

The quick access to your media files also comes as given and you even get to preview the last photo taken. Pretty sweet I would say. What do you think?

Here’s a bigger image of that screenshot to get a better idea what Sense 6.0 is all about.

I personally don’t expect something ‘revolutionary’ in terms of UI in the HTC overlay software. I think they should start working a bit more harder on the software, for example, it was amazing what Samsung achieved in terms of software enhancements in the UI when they released Galaxy S4, however, the cheap looking plastic couldn’t compensate the nice set of features, this is where HTC are just the opposite, nice hardware and lack of interesting features.

Why don’t they just sell Windows Phones?
