Some find the newly announced Apple Watch looking better than many Android Wear devices. If you’re in that group, and also want to add some iTouch to your existing smart watch, you may want to install the Apple Watch face to your Android Wear gear.
The new PEAR watchface is made to change the look and feel of any smart watch running Google’s platform, whether it has a round- or square-shaped screen. To that end, the folks behind this project has made two different versions available for download, one for the likes of Samsung Gear Live, LG G Watch and Asus ZenWatch; and another for Moto 360 and LG G Watch R.
Once you download the PEAR watchface, you’ll also need to grab the Watchface Creator app from the Play Store and install it to your phone. Then, you should import the downloaded .zip file with your PEAR watchface of choice to the WearFaces app on your phone, and install it to your smartwatch from there.
Sounds complicated? It really isn’t. Here’s a video demoing how to do all this in a few easy steps. Good luck. 😉
