ThreeRecently, mobile operator 3 launched an interesting campaign “3 Like Home” to stop the roaming rip-offs for its customers. Under the new deal, 3’s customers visiting Ireland, Italy, Austria, Australia, Hong Kong, Sweden and Denmark will now be able to take advantage of being on one of 3’s sister networks to use their existing minutes, text and data bundles to make voice and video calls, send texts, picture and video messages, and even surf the Internet or watch TV from their handsets while abroad without accruing any additional charges.

I don’t want to go in details here, as you can read 3’s press release. I just want to mention that what 3 is doing is a really great work – they simply listed to their customers. They’ve already proved that with the launch of X-Series, now they go one step further, and that must be respected!
