QiGi AK007 Built for the Discriminating MI6 Agent

Chinese manufacturer QiGi obviously had the world’s superspies in mind when designing (and naming) the AK007. This ruggedized hunk of Windows Mobile is built to take a beating throughout the most intense firefights, chase scenes, hang gliding stunts and brawls with laser-bearing sharks. The modest specs include:

  • 624MHz core processor
  • Windows Mobile 6.1
  • 256MB ROM, 128MB of RAM
  • GPS
  • 2MP camera
  • CDMA or GSM available
  • 2.8″ QVGA screen
  • 200 mAH battery

Last time I had heard of QiGi, they were working on an Android phone – now this? That manufacturer sure is doing some interesting stuff… Details on a release are scarce, but as usual, odds of this one making it to North America are slim.
