Levis Phone - designer gets into the mobile phone game and will debut their new Modelabs phone in ParisLevi’s, long revered for their high-quality denim at great prices, is getting ready to cross over into the mobile phone game – according to Gizmodiva. The new Levi’s Phone, designed by Modelabs Group, is set to make its debut next week, in Paris. The designer-phone will pack a 2 megpixel camera, 1.8 inch screen, Bluetooth, MP3 player, and a microSD card slot. We’re expecting the Levi’s brand’s image of functionality and value to carry over into the their handset offering (read: not too expensive and still gets the job done pretty damn well). Look for the Levi’s phone to drop sometime in September 2007.

***UPDATE*** We got some more details on this phone. Aside from the specs listed below, we actually have an image of the slim, steel and rivet-constructed phone. It comes in your choice of metallic silver, black, and brown copper. And comes with a chain to attach to your jeans or bag.
Press release here.***END UPDATE***
