White BlackBerry Bold 9700 on Rogers

Attention Canadian BlackBerry users. Your ‘Holy Grail’ Bold device has arrived. The White BlackBerry Bold 9700 is now available, on Rogers. Just take a look at it above, so nice.

Available now at FutureShop and Best Buy for $549.99 off contract or $149.99 on the typical 3-year deal, this new addition looks sharp. Maybe it’s just me, but there’s something about white mobile devices that looks perfect to me. Sure, if you’re a BlackBerry ‘traditionalist’ you’ll always go with the black/grey/chrome color palette… But I guess I’m not a traditionalist 😛

The White BlackBerry Bold 9700 on Rogers still packs all of the features you’ve come to love. That beautiful full QWERTY keyboard is on-hand, a 2.4″ transmissive TFT display (480×360) looks great, it packs WiFi and GPS, has a 3.2MP camera with 2x zoom and video… and there’s 256MB of internal memory with expansion to 32GB via microSD. In-the-box you’ll also find a wired headset, battery, holster and 2GB microSD card.

At the time of writing Rogers did NOT have the White BlackBerry Bold 9700 up for grabs, but I’d look for it to show up online, real soon.

Love it.
