HTC releases HTC P3600i Trinity variant on 3 Australia network with Windows Mobile 6.0Those lucky Aussies just got what no other European can hope for – an HTC P3600 Trinity packing the coveted Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional OS. HTC hasn’t blessed the P3600 with that long-awaited WM6 upgrade, but they’ve seen fit to release a juiced-up WinMo6.0 version for those living “down under” – the HTC P3600i (“i” stands for “improved?”).

Apparently, the HTC P3600i won’t just be toting quad-band GSM radio (with UMTS/HSDPA) and Windows Mobile 6.0 in that yummy “Professional” flavor, it’ll be rocking a faster processor and double the ROM memory – 500 Mhz Samsung CPU and 256 MB ROM, to be exact.

3 Australia is offering this suped up HTC P3600 Trinity for 622 Euro ($839), free and clear of any contracts. We don’t know if HTC has any plans to bring this thing to the EU or US, we’ll just have to wait and see. We love waiting.
