To test the new version of its wireless email solution – Omni Mobile 2.3, Omni Technology Solutions recently announced its closed beta programme for Nokia Eseries smartphones (and other S60 3rd edition devices).

Omni Mobile

Omni Mobile provides more than just PIM synchronization. It provides a complete on-line and off-line GroupWise caching client for mobile devices. Its native GroupWise interface leads to quick user adoption and high user satisfaction. Omni Mobile’s server module installs on customers’ existing Novell NetWare, Linux or Windows servers. Furthermore, with Omni Mobile solutions there are no additional firewall configuration requirements, no additional protocols to configure, no external databases to manage, and no additional backup, anti-virus or server patching requirements.

GroupWise users interested in participating in the closed beta are asked to send an email to aldo [at] omni-ts [dot] com with the IMEI number of the device(s) to be tested and the version of GroupWise WebAccess being used.
