AP announces Mobile News Network for BlackBerry

AP Mobile News Network coming to BlackBerryCTIA San Francisco 2008 is nigh upon us, and you know what that means. New releases, previews, and announcements from just about every corner of the mobile world.

The AP Mobile News Network has gained traction, and popularity, among iPhone and iPhone 3G users. The mobile news application brings together an entire web’s worth of global news to the iPhone’s glorious display. And, with CTIA looming over the horizon, AP wants us all to know that they’ll be bringing the Mobile News Network application to the BlackBerry OS.

AP will be previewing the AP Mobile News Network application on a number of BlackBerry handsets, including the BlackBerry Bold. BlackBerry users will soon afterwards be able to get their “breaking news, sports, entertainment, politics, business and wacky content in the palm of their hand.”
