Sharp has given us a look at the 824SH, the worlds slimmest waterproof mobile phone. The snaps were taken at the CEATEC JAPAN 2008 show in Tokyo. The phone will be carried by Softbank.

Key Features of the Softbank 824SH:

  • 3.2MP Camera
  • 3G
  • 2.8″ Widescreen QVGA LCD
  • Weighs only 127 grams
  • 5 cm wide x 10.5 cs high x 1.5 cm in depth

I really couldn’t tell you if this device will ever make it to North America. As with a lot of devices from over in Japan and Asia, they never seem to make the jump… But we’ll see. This one looks pretty sweet. Check out more pictures of the Softbank 824SH after the jump >
