Motorola i9 caught in the wild

Remember the Moto i9 we’ve seen few days ago passing the FCC hurdle? It’s almost here folks and today we’re presenting you with the first set of “in the wild” photos. In terms of the size, it looks pretty much identical to the original RAZR2. The trick is in the keypad, where Motorola used its ModeShift technology to make the experience better across different apps, or at least that seems to be the idea here.

Anyway, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Sprint announcing the ModeShifting clamshell during next week or maybe a week later. We don’t have any inside information, but the timing seems right… Keep reading for two more shots of the Motorola i9.
