samsung-memoir-tmobileLooks like the T-Mobile Samsung Memoir is a go for February. Last go ’round, we heard that the 8-megapixel cameraphone would launch on T-Mobile’s US network on February 25. The Samsung T929 Memoir is expected to be the first 8-megapixel mobile phone shooter in the US, and T-Mobile is apparently showing it off in their February newsletter.

The T-Mobile Scoop, as it’s known, asks T-Mobile customers to “Meet the new 8-megapixel Samsung Memoir cameraphone,” hinting at a near-term release that falls in line nicely with our expectations. The Memoir sports other high-end features like GPS, 3G (HSDPA) data connection, Stereo Bluetooth to complement the 8-megapixel camera. Unfortunately, the Memoir doesn’t seem to have any WiFi support.

T-Mobile will likely have the Samsung Memoir on hand at Mobile World Congress for some gratuitous hands-on action, so make sure to stay tuned!
