Future Shop has taken it upon themselves to announce the upcoming release of the Samsung Slyde M540. The Slyde is now up on Future Shop’s website, even though you can’t currently purchase online. If you really, really need to get one you can head down to a Future Shop store and pick one up in person for $149.99. The Samsung Slyde M540 is a full QWERTY slider that packs a 2MP camera, up to 8GB of storage (microSD) and more. The announcement of the Slyde from Future Shop is somewhat of a surprise, seeing as the carrier for the device (Koodo) hasn’t even announced the device yet. Strange. A little backwards. But hey, whatever. If you want one head down to Future Shop.
