Good news for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic owners. The Finnish giant has issued a new firmware upgrade for your all-touchscreen device, which drives your phone’s firmware to version 30.0.011. According to AllAboutSymbian, it’s currently available Over The Air (*#0000# from the homescreen) for some product codes, and I guess a version for Nokia Software Updater will be released in no time, as well. The 4MB heavy update fixes some of the known bugs and makes the device run smoother. We have no the full change log, but we heard some people saying that there’s now an email plug-in for the homescreen, and this is visible after a full/hard reset. Of course, prior to update and despite the User Data Preservation system, we advise you to backup your device prior to pushing any buttons. 😉
