Localytics unveils Enterprise Mobile Analytics for apps

A company called Localytics released the Enterprise Mobile Analytics Service for Android, BlackBerry, iPad and iPhone applications. The new offering is available either as a fully hosted, subscription-based service; or as a licensed, first-party analytics solution.

Already, they have two clients on board – CardStar and KAYAK, and Localytics also announced a partnership with Semphonic and participation in Coremetrics Connect, Omniture Genesis and WebTrends Open Exchange.

Initially, Localytics offered a free Community mobile analytics solution, giving app makers and publishers the real-time reports and the “deepest insights into how customers use their apps.” The enterprise offering builds on top of that, adding support for location services, custom chart templates and export APIs for integrating mobile analytics data with other enterprise reporting packages.

As for Localytics’ partnership with Semphonic, which is the world’s largest independent Web analytics consultancy, the two companies will collaborate to develop best practices, integrate enterprise web analytics platforms, accelerate the use of mobile analytics and maximize the value that analytics can provide to the company…
