Archos 80 Xenon to be Available in June For $199.99
The Archos 80 Xenon was unveiled today, adding to Archos’ Elements tablet line. The 8-inch device will come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon S4 1.2 GHz processor and a 1024×768 IPS display, 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of storage which is expandable via a microSD card. Archos Unveils New Platinum Smartphone Line With Pure Google Experience
Archos has announced today its new range of smartphones dubbed Platinum, which are mid-to high-end handsets for a budget price. The Platinum line is Google certified, which just means that the devices will ship with Google applications. The Archos GamePad is making its debut in the U.S.today, carrying with it a price tag of $179.00. The Android powered tablet/gaming device, which was released in Europe in December of last year, is focused on gaming by combining a PSP-like physical gamepad with an Android Jelly Bean powered tablet.
