fring now supports Samsung 550W, Nokia E71fring has recently announced support for the first Symbian Samsung device – the GPS and WiFi enabled 550W model. In addition, the full QWERTY-keyboard equipped Nokia E71 is now also on the list of supported devices.

Those not familiar should know fring is probably the most popular VoIP client for Symbian S60 powered devices, allowing users to take and make Skype calls as well as chat with their buddies on multiple IM networks. Recently, they’ve also expanded their client to allow third party plugins, or the so called fring Add-ons…
