In a move that seems designed to entice people to use their phones for more than making and taking phone calls, AT&T has added “Send to Mobile” feature to its website. As a result, customers can easily push content from AT&T’s Web portal to their mobile phones.
In order to use the new feature, AT&T users must register for a free att.net account, which includes e-mail with unlimited storage. From there, they can push links to content like news, weather, sports and entertainment to supported mobile devices.
