Verizon BlackBerry Storm 2… Or Should I Say ‘Thunder’?

It’s not very nice for Verizon to mess with us like this. Earlier today Adam over at CB was tipped off to a screenshot of Verizon’s internal systems. To his surprise, tucked right underneath the ‘BlackBerry Storm’ item in the dropdown wasn’t the ‘BlackBerry Storm 2’… But the ‘BlackBerry Thunder’. Oh my. Check it out above.

Now, it could very well be that Verizon is just mucking around and messing with us all at this point. Would seem strange and very unlikely that Verizon would launch the next generation of Storm device under a new moniker… But hey, stranger things have happened.

Consider yourself ‘Thunderstruck‘. Stay tuned.

Note: If you missed it yesterday check out the BlackBerry Storm 2 in action.
