So it’s not just the dedicated UI (MOTOBLUR) Motorola has prepared for Android. The American handset maker also wants to have its own application store called SHOP4APPS.
We’re talking about a web-based store here, accessible from both your phone and computer, which on the phone part works in conjunction with a dedicated client called MotoAppstore.
For some time, the store was accessible until Motorola closed its “virtual doors.” Luckily we’ve found some screenshots and are presenting them here.
The exact launch date is unknown at this stage, but my bet is they’ll use CES to bring on the big news to all of us. We’ve also heard Moto will initially bring SHOP4APPS to the U.S., Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, with other countries to follow afterwards.
