T-Mobile UK is trialing iSkoot Notifier, a free social media application that allows users to simplify their mobile social networking with a single app. In addition to singing along popular social networking services such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter – Notifier also provides access coupled with real-time notifications for over 50 customer-selected feeds.
In real-life this looks like this – you setup Notifier, and from a single screen you get to view your friends’ activity, news feeds, status updates and new photos. If you have something worth sharing or want to comment on some post, you can do that as well from the app.
Finally, in case you’re wondering, Notifier is based on iSkoot‘s Kalaida Mobile Web Services Platform, which we covered in the past and which is used to power social media services for some of the U.S. carriers.
