It was late April when I told you about the Bell Palm Pre going up for free on 2 and 3 year contracts. A hard-to-beat price for sure, especially if you have been wanting a Pre for some time.
Today, Bell has made another move on the Pre front. They’ve gone ahead and eliminated the 2 and 1 year contract options. Interesting. If you want a Pre from Bell, you’re now forced to sign a 3-year contract (and get it for free), or go the no-contract route, with a price of $295.95 for the device. Either way is not a bad option… But it’s interesting that Bell is somewhat forcing the matter here. Anyone else get the feeling they want to clear out as many Pre’s as possible… Perhaps in preparation for something else!? Hmmmmmm….
