Man, LG’s been busy today, launching the Fathom on Verizon, Imprint on MetroPCS, and sending some Windows phones to developers for testing. They’re not done yet, and have this here Vu Plus launching on AT&T June 6. The handset packs a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 7.2 Mbps HSPA, and for $10/month, you can get a whole lotta mobile TV, both live and time-shifted through Flo TV. Mobile TV has kind of been the LG Vu’s thing since it launched two years ago. Sure, you’ve got standard phone functions like games, browsing, and GPS directions, but really, you pick this sucker up if you’re hooked on some show and have to be able to watch it whenever and whereever you are.
Keep an eye on AT&T’s online store next week, and you can pick up the Vu Plus for $149.99 on contract after mail-in rebate.
