One of the iPhone’s most popular and best selling Nazi zombie killing games has just been sequelized. The game, of course, is Activision’s Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies. The sequel to that being, you guessed it, Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies II.
CoD: WaW: Zombies II was once again developed by the team behind the original CoD: WaW: Zombies as well as a number of the popular console Call of Duty games, Treyarch. The sequel takes players on the “Shi No Numa” map, which was made popular in Call of Duty: World at War. The game has new characters, a massive new location, the new Wunderwaffe DG-2, and the addition of Hellhounds to the already deadly attacking horde of Nazi zombies. As with the original CoD: WaW: Zombies, up to four players can take on Nazi zombie hordes together via Wi-Fi, locally or on the Internet, as well as two player via Bluetooth.
CoD: WaW: Zombies II is now available for $9.99, but those of you who own the original CoD: WaW: Zombies can pick up the sequel as an in-app purchase labeled “Shi No Numa” for $4.99. You can also download the previously released “Verrückt” map pack for $4.99 via in-app purchase. And for you iPad owners out there, don’t forget Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies HD is also available for your iPad Nazi zombie killing needs!
