Although we haven’t talked about Camera Plus Pro in the past, I believe it’s about time we give it some space on IntoMobile. As you can guess from the title, it’s an iPhone app that builds on top of the existing camera app which comes pre-loaded from Apple.
Camera Plus Pro has been updated recently and in the same press release, Global Delight (developer) said they now have more than 6 million users, which is impressive! Among the new things included in the latest version are video recording on 2G and 3G iPhones, interface improvements, added options for Flickr uploading and FTP sharing.
In addition, the application also comes with such options as real-time brightness, saturation and contrast adjustments; support for live filters such as B/W, Sepia, Mirror and X-Ray; digital zoom (even while recording a video); image editing and sharing and so on. My personal belief is that the built-in camera app is just not good enough. If you’ve been following IntoMobile closely, you may have seen other camera app replacements such as Snapture, Legend Camera and Pro-Camera. You have a choice now, it’s up to you to pick the one you’ll grab…
