CFL Fans, get ready for more hard-hitting Canadian Football action on your Bell device. A new partnership has been struck between Bell, TSN and RDS. The deal is effective for the entire 2010 CFL season, and will bring CFL on TSN (or RDS) direct to Bell Mobility clients on their smartphones. All regular season and playoff games will be broadcast for customers to view, wherever they happen to be.
The catch? Well, yeah, there is a bit of a catch. The service isn’t free. If you want to catch the action, you’ll need to add in the mobile TV feature to your contract, which will run you $8 per month plus applicable data charges. Still, if you’re a die-hard fan, it’s probably worth the spend.
If you happened to catch any of the opening weekend games in the CFL last weekend, wow… those were some great games, right!? Great football, great action, and great results (GO BOMBERS!). If you’re a Bell customer, you’ve got another weapon in your arsenal when it comes to taking in CFL action… But be prepared to drop a little coin for the convenience.
