BlackBerry OS Leaks

I’ve got a couple of OS leaks for some lucky BlackBerry users out there. That is, BlackBerry Bold 9700 and Storm 9500 users. Over the past 24 hours or so, 5.0.0.862 has leaked for the 9700, and 5.0.0.841 has leaked for the Storm.

Operating system leaks have been few and far between these days, so it’s kind of nice (gave me a warm feeling inside) to see a few leaks pop onto the scene.

As always, remember, these are very unofficial, and are not supported by any carrier. If you download and install on your device, be sure to backup and take all necessary precautions before you proceed. After installation, if you notice any marked changes or improvements, take a moment and tell us about it in the comments. To get started, you can hit up the download links below.

  • Download OS 5.0.0.862 for the Bold 9700 >
  • Download OS 5.0.0.841 for the Storm 9500 >
