The master of the popular sport “I get to try this phone before the rest of the world,” Eldar Murtazin, uses its Twitter account to torment gadget freaks, myself included, around the world. He gets to play with the latest toys before anyone else and is for that reason only hated by many. Then again, if there were not for him, we wouldn’t know what the major handset makers are cooking in their R&D labs.
Anyway, his latest toy is the Samsung i9100 which judging by the model name is the successor to the Galaxy S smartphone (model name i9000). In a short tweet, Eldar doesn’t reveals much, saying only that the device is “so technically advanced” and that it comes with a dual-core processor. I can only imagine just how responsive that is, but unfortunately all I can do is imagine at this point. That’s at least until CES when I’m sure the whole world will have all the details about Samsung’s new Android baby. Actually, I’m confident the Korean giant won’t be the only handset maker to launch such a powerful gadget – HTC and maybe LG will follow with a product of their own. Can’t wait…
