
The largest mobile video ad network Rhythm NewMedia announced the completion of its third-round of financing, totaling $10 million. QuestMark Partners led the round, which also included existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures and Rembrandt Venture Partners. The company will use the new funds to fuel the expansion of its mobile video ad network.
Rhythm’s publisher network consists of trusted and well-known apps and mobile websites including the largest news agency, top broadcast TV networks, 10 of the top 25 cable networks and leading entertainment, news, games, sports, lifestyle, music sites and more. The company is focused on premium publishers in the U.S. only, and has managed to deliver 425 million monthly impressions in Q3, which is 30% more than in the previous quarter.
This year, Rhythm has already sold campaigns to over 100 Fortune 500 brands, providing its clients with “deeper and more meaningful engagement through the captivating nature of video and rich media.” The company offers interactive, in-stream and pre-roll video ads across Android and iOS-powered devices…
