Telstra to bring Motorola Atrix, Honeycomb tablets to Australia?

File this under “rumors,” but it seems Telstra is looking to bring the Motorola Atrix to Australia. We don’t have anything official at this point, only the operator’s blog was let’s say too curious about Moto’s dual-core powered Android smartphone, featuring few pictures of the device. Furthermore, an article about CES 2011 said that Telstra’s reps were “spotting the best upcoming products so that it can bring them to Australia.”

In the related news, we’re also hearing that Telstra may bring Android 3.0 Honeycomb to the country. No specifics were unveiled and I guess we’ll have to wait for the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to see what the hardware makers can do to impress us. At the moment, the MOTO XOOM tops my list but we still have to see what companies like HTC and Sony Ericsson can do. Can’t wait…
