WiFi2HiFi lets users stream songs from their computer to the iPhone/iPod Touch

Let’s say you own one of those super-cool lookin’ iPhone docks. As a matter of fact, it looks so cool that you want to give it a prime space in your living room, far away from your computer. Moreover, you may have it connected to your audio system and use it to play sound around the house. The only problem is that you need to constantly sync your iPhone or iPod Touch with the music library on your computer. That could be a pain and something that could easily be avoided with the new app called WiFi2HiFi.

Developed by a company called Clever & Son AG, it allows streaming of audio from any computer program to either a stereo system or a sound-dock, with an iPhone or iPod Touch acting as a wireless receiver. The application needs to be installed both on your computer and iPhone/iPod Touch and once that’s cleared, you’re ready to beam your entire music collection to your iDock, sans any wires included. Sounds cool, too bad I don’t have a cool phone dock. 🙁
