Leaked Droid X 2 and LG Revolution pricing

Verizon has a handful of next generation Android handsets slated to arrive in the coming months. Among these new handsets are the Droid Incredible 2, the Samsung Charge, the Droid X 2 and the LG Revolution. An earlier leak revealed the prices of the Incredible 2 and the Charge. Today, a second leak has fleshed out the details on these four handsets by revealing the retail prices of the X2 and the Revolution.

According to the leaked document, the Motorola Droid X 2 will debut at $199.99 with a two-year contract. It will replace the nine-month old Motorola Droid X and will include an 8-megapixel camera, a 4.3-inch qHD (540×96) display and a 1 GHz processor (single or dual-core has not been established), Android 2.3 and 3G connectivity (no LTE).

Showcased by LG during Verizon’s CES 2011 press conference, the LG Revolution will launch with a $249.99 price tag and 4G LTE. Other specs include a 4.3-inch WVGA display, 1 GHz processor, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, HDMI, DLNA, and Bluetooth 3.0. On top of the handset’s Android 2.2 Froyo operating system, LG decided to layer its proprietary user interface which can be a blessing or curse depending on how you feel about third-party user interfaces.

Now that we have the initial pricing on these upcoming Verizon Android handsets, is anybody a bit more excited for their impending launch? Does anyone have plans to scoop one up when they finally hit Verizon’s retail shelves?
