Some time ago we talked about the “Secrets to Success” iPhone app, which was touted to bring the wisdom of Dale Carnegie to your pocket. Unsurprisingly — considering the popularity of the “How to Win Friends and Influence People” book — the application was an instant hit, claiming the top spot on the iTunes business list a week after its release. Consequently it was optimized for the iPad and BlackBerry devices.

Now a new application from Dale Carnegie Training has been released — “Personal Leadership” — which is designed to build individual’s confidence by “identifying the right leadership skills using situational examples.” Available for 99 cents from the AppStore, it works to self-motivate individuals and coach teams to “reach their peak performance.”

Included with the app are 13 video segments that demonstrate key leadership principles, along with tips to learn Carnegie ways to win people to your way of thinking.

Now we’re hoping they’ll also be launching Android apps in the near future…
