Springpad iOS app updated with reminders, notifications and home screen badges

Springpad has yet again updated its iOS app with few handy features like reminders, push notifications and alarms, home screen badges, “send to phone,” and more.

Let’s start with reminders. This new feature allows you to create a reminder for anything you save to Springpad, from simple tasks and events, to other things like movies, books, recipes and shopping lists. Push notifications, alarms and home screen badges are then taking it from there, notifying users about any upcoming event (which is set as a reminder).

Moreover, there’s the new “send to phone” feature which works from the Springpad web app, Springpad Chrome Extension and/or Springpad Firefox extension, enabling content push from any web page to your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

In addition, this latest version of Springpad for iOS also rocks a new app icon, ability to create Events and Alarms directly from your mobile device, rich-text editing, new notebook header and sync status bar. If you still haven’t downloaded Springpad, you can do that from a link below…
