Remember the leaked Nokia 700 Zeta? Well it has been caught at the FCC which usually means the U.S. launch will come at some point in the future. However, it’s not that straightforward, especially with Nokia’s Symbian phones that more often than not just get the FCC’s seal approval and none of the major U.S. carriers picks them up. And while we hope the Symbian Belle-running device won’t share that destiny, it’s fair to add not that many people will cry over it. Symbian has been steadily dying for years and at this point the Finnish company is trying to get the final bucks out of its once flagship platform. Meanwhile, the iOS and Android are taking over hearts and minds of Americans.
Anyway, the Nokia 700 Zeta is said to rock a 1Ghz processor, 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen, NFC capability, GPS and HSPA connectivity singing on frequency bands compatible with both AT&T’s and T-Mobile’s networks.
