Amazon is kicking off March Madness with two big promotions on mobile phones for Sprint and Verizon. The Sprint sale starts today March 12 and applies to all Sprint 4G phones including the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic Touch 4G and the HTC EVO Design 4G. All phones are available for a penny and require a new two-year contract. The sales end March 26th or until supplies last.
Verizon DROID phones are part of another promotion being offered by Amazon. All the Droids have been deeply discounted with some like the Droid X2 now costing as little as one-cent. The sale applies only to new lines, and does not include upgrades or contract extensions. Similar to the Sprint sale, the Verizon one starts today and ends on March 26 or while supplies last.
