Sprint rejuvenated its Evo line of smartphones withe a new offering from HTC. The Evo 4G LTE is the Sprint-branded version of the HTC One X, which we recently reviewed. The Evo 4G LTE loses the polycarbonate shell of the One X and replaces it with an aluminum casing with black metal finish.
The Evo 4G LTE will have a high-resolution (720P) 4.7-inch display, a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, HD voice capabilities, microSD card slot, 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, LTE connectivity, and Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 4.0. It’ll even have a kickstand just like its predecessor the original EVO 4G.
Look for the EVO 4G LTE to land at Sprint in Q2 with a price tag of $199 with a two-year customer agreement. Pre-orders will start on May 7th.
