drinklobby is a new mobile app for iOS users, allowing them to explore the world of beverages, while also serving as a drinks recommendation engine and social network. The application also comes with the wish list capability, ability to “Check In” with a drink and photo, and see what other people are drinking through Drinks Feed. While going through that feed, you can “Cheers” with other people (which is drinklobby’s version of “Like”), add your comment(s) and/or add that drink to your wish list.

But that’s not all. As you use app more and more, you will be able to win trophies (like BrewMaster or a Cork Dork!), get discounts on beverages, and share stuff you like via Facebook and Twitter.

Sounds kinda cool, especially for those of us enjoying few drinks from time to time.

As for drinklobby’s future plans, the next stop is to launch an Android app and to offer personalized discounts to suit tastes and through Foursquare integration, location.
