And the first mobile operators in the UK to unveil plans to offer the soon-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy S III are… O2 and Vodafone.

The Big Red giant prepared a dedicated coming soon page where interested users can leave their email to be informed when (pre)orders start. Meanwhile, O2 turned to Twitter to share the good news.

Other major operators — including Three, Orange and T-Mobile — are still quiet though we’re pretty confident they’ll be joining the party in no time at all.

Again, Samsung will unveil the next Galaxy smartphone on May 3rd at an event in London. As far as we know it will rock a 720p screen and quad-core processor. We’ll make sure you don’t miss a beat and we’ll let you know as soon as we hear something new on this. Stay tuned in the meantime…
