Similarly to Instagram, Polamatic also allows you to quickly add some magic to your photos along with Polaroid’s famous border frame. In fact, unlike other photo editing applications, Polamatic doesn’t use computer generated frames; rather, these are high quality scans of new, used, and vintage Polaroid Classic Border frames, giving pictures a “unique classic style.”
There are 12 frames to choose from, each having a distinctive, clever name like “tape,” “crumpled” and “kinda new”; as well as 12 photo effects that allow you to apply a number of color and tone adjusting effects to your pictures. Moreover, each photo can be shared with your friends via Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Tumblr and/or email.
