Canada’s Rogers Wireless is already offering the HTC One X, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be selling other devices from HTC’s new One range. As a matter of fact, according to this page at FutureShop, the carrier will soon start selling the One S, as well.
While not as powerful as the One X model, One S is still considered a high-end device though without an HD 720p screen. Rather its 4.3-inch display supports qHD resolution which is 540×960 pixels. Rest of the specs are pretty much the same (when compared to the One X) and include a dual-core processor (Rogers’ One X also has a dual-core rather than quad-core CPU), 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one, HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 16GB of built-in memory and so on.
FutureShop says that Rogers Wireless will sell $149.99 for the One S with a three-year contract, which is more than what other operators are asking. Unfortunately they don’t know the launch date…
