These days Brits have quite a few mobile deals to choose from, some of which we’ve already covered in the past. The new deal we caught involves the HTC One S, with The Carphone Warehouse offering this particular Android smartphone for free on a 16 GBP/month contract from Talkmobile. That money gets you 200 minutes, 500 texts and, get this – unlimited data. However, I’m sure the carrier will act if it notices you downloading movies every day, but most users don’t do it.
Talkmobile, for those who don’t know, is an MVNO that offers mobile services through Vodafone’s network. What this means is that you’ll also get a great coverage if you sign-up for this deal.
As for the HTC One S, it’s not as cool as the One X, but it’s pretty solid device nonetheless, packing a 4.3-inch qHD screen, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one, GPS, Bluetooth, while Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show (with HTC’s own Sense UI singing on top)…
