A new, still announced Sony smartphone has been caught in a couple of benchmarks. NenaMark2 shows that the Sony LT25 aka “Tsubasa” has an HD screen with 720×1280 pixels resolution and Adreno 225 GPU, hinting us that it’s using Qualcomm S4 Snapdragon MSM8960 chipset (1.5GHz dual-core). The other benchmark, AnTuTu, also shows the CPU clock speed of 1.5GHz.

Unfortunately we don’t know the rest of the specs, but judging by the model number (LT25) it will sit somewhere below the Xperia S (LT26i). Moreover, we’re hearing multiple versions of the phone will be available, each targeting a different market. There will be the LT25c for China Telecom, LT25h (international version) and two different models for Japanese market – NTT DoCoMo will get SO-01E, and KDDI – SOL21.

Hopefully we won’t have to wait for too long to get additional details — Sony’s forthcoming event in Berlin may provide us with all the information we need…
